According to the C5 Refund Policy (https://www.concrete5.org/help/legal/refund-policy) ‘You are entitled to 30 days of help from the person who sold you this thing.’ so if you do need help and don’t get any from the seller you can at least get your money back.

Of course you’d prefer it to actually work and there are lots of kind people on the C5 forums who will try and answer any questions you have. You could also consider posting on the C5 jobs forum (https://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/jobs1/) and paying a dev by the hour to get it up and running, ready for you to take over once you’re comfortable with it.

Hi,
Now I bought the player/library but it is not installing directly in C5. Yes the add-on is added to my project page, but it isn't showing up in add-functionality??
Of course I can download it manual but I hate that kind of things.
Any idea what I do wrong ?
Perhaps you are not the person who I should ask, but I expect not soon an answer fromm the seller :(

No solution, Concrete5 is changing, so just login again to see the add-on.

there shouldnt be any problem with this. the add on hasnt been updated in a long time so im sure its stable. if you want help with this PM me.
