Where did all Radiant Web products go?

I wanted to submit a ticket to the ProEvents forum, but I see none of their products in the Marketplace anymore. What's going on?

Hi @RadiantWeb,

Are you back on the marketplace yet? Also need to raise a support ticket but can't seem to find you.

Trying to update my add-on but it doesn't seem to work. The URL changes from /index.php/dashboard/extend/update to /index.php/dashboard/extend/update/prepare_remote_upgrade/1862 when I click Download and Install but nothing happens - just stays on the Update Add-ons page.

Am I doing this right?

This may be an issue with the core version control in 5.7. I’ve been seeing that when a package has a min-version set in the package admin area, the installer is just bailing and not doing it without any error or indication of why not. You might also follow the instructions in the security update email sent out by the core team.

Can't find ProBlog for 5.7 anywhere. Has this been removed for good?
