Why isn't the core Blog appears in the Page Attributes

Hi,
Is the default blog that coming with the default installation has different abilities then the others composers?
Because I don't see its attributes anywhere.
I want to use its thumb capabilities for with and height and I don't see it in the Page Attributes list.
