The same dialog box is used for single files and multiple file uploads. With that being the case, having form elements that are empty and will automatically be set to empty for all files didn't seem like a good idea.

I could see the wisdom in moving back to the old style, nixing the icon, and moving the sets back to the same popup window, while keeping the name, description, and other attributes as click-to-edit.

I believe we're also going to make if this dialog comes up at all
configurable by admins.

Thanks for the reply, the main reason I liked the original was the fact that you could clearly see the sets in the same window and assign the image without having to click on the tab, maybe its just me being lazy!!

No, it's a legitimate concern – it's a tough balance. There was some other challenge with putting both sets and file attributes on the same screen when we updated it. Maybe it was just the width?
