why there is tinnyMCE twice ?

hi all :)
i would like to know if there is a technical reason to have twice tinyMCE in the conrete folder.
the tinymce_309 and tinymce.
could i remove one of there two folders ?

You can remove tinymce_309. We will eventually remove tinymce_309 - but I wanted to keep it in there for awhile for any addons that might have hard coded their stuff to work there. It's deprecated - we'll probably remove it in the next major version (since it does take up a bit of space, and is unnecessary.)

is there anything hard coded in or specificly for tyniMCE or could i update tinyMCE to the lastest release ? (3.2.7)
You _can_ update the tinymce core without anything breaking, I believe, but we do in fact do some minor adjustments to the default tinymce before we include it with c5 (button treatments, cosmetic stuff.)
