wierd concrete5.org glitch

When I go to concete5.org, it slides down with
stage.concrete5.org requires authentication.
Its like an .htaccess login request? I don't think thats suppose to be showing up when I go to concrete5.org.
EDIT: I think this post can be deleted if a forum admin wants to do that.
