www or Not

This may not be the place to post this but I'm in need of help. New to Web 'development' and using Concrete5. I find it incredibly easy to use as a novice.

I have the latest version of Concrete5. Recently noted that my site is missing an entire tab and subsequent pages when a user puts www before the domain name.

Site ishttp://www.alltech-tsi.org. This does not display the 'Services' tab. If user types alltech-tsi.org the 'Services' tab and related pages are present. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The services tab is working for me, with or without the WWW.

If you're still developing, it might be better to clear/disable the page cache, since with it enabled which is the default setting, you can sometimes see outdated info. I had exactly this happen to me yesterday when I added a new page - one browser showed it the other didn't.

(Dashboard - system & settings - optimizaion)

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have spent hours trying to troubleshoot this issue. Been chatting and on the phone with Arvixe to no avail. Your suggestion did it.

Much appreciated jero.

You're welcome. Clearing the cache is the first rule of Concrete5 club ;)

Also, not sure if it was intentional or not but I noted that you have a period at the end of your url...

http://www.alltech-tsi.org./ <---Period at end

I think that's just the concrete5.org annoying URL munging (like it also removed the space before it).

Had he put a / at the end, there would have been the ... that also looks like the link :(

Notice it didn't do that to your link, since the period confused it.
