WYSIWYG html editor not working since upgrade

Hi guys,
Has anyone had an error when editing html within the content wysiwyg editor (the little html icon) in c5?
I was upgrading from 5.3.something to the latest and now when I click the html icon it comes up with a new window and the page cannot be found inside that?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
