404 when tag not exist

Hello! Does anyone know how to force a 404 page to be displayed when a user tries to change the url to a non-existent tag? The page list block does not display a 404 error when someone changes the url and types a tag that does not exist? e.g. somesite.com/tag/exampletag but "exampletag" does not exist in attributes on any pages ? (C5 version 8.5.2)
