5.5.1 Dashboard gone?

Building a new site, and am using the new 5.5.1. I was 'tidying up' a little and suddenly the dashboard is failing to appear when I login. I figure I must have an unclosed div or something, but I looked at the code a few times and can't see it. I was just wondering if there was some glaring reason the dashboard might fail to show and hopefully that would help me find the issue.

Am liking 5.5 so far - dashboard is a bit confusing at first but I am liking it more and more. Stacks seem nice.

Do you have the <?php Loader::element('header_required'); ?> in the header and the <?php Loader::element('footer_required'); ?> in the footer?

Thanks, but yes have those. I notice when I login I see all the c5 editable areas, but they are gray and can't be selected.

Also, it adds the space for the dashboard bar at the top of the site, there's just nothing in the space.

Are you using a default theme or one you created yourself? If not, see if you can find a way to change to a default theme.

Also, What exactly were you doing when you were 'tidying up'?
