I'm just guessing that this is a caching issue. But, when I go to add a block to a page the page just stalls with the loading gif. The page doesn't reload at all.

After manually reloading the page the block shows up properly. This is a easy work around but when I go to set permissions the pop-up is grayed out and it shows the loading gif but never shows the permissions for me to adjust them.

I'm wondering if anyone else has ran into this issue.
