5.6.1.2 upgrade as messed up my menu blocks

I have found out that since the update to 5.6.1.2, my nav has changed from:
.......
to:
.......
The <ul class name has changed from nav-bar to nav, but I can't seem to find this anywhere remotely so I need to find out where its getting that class name from!? Please can someone help?
<ul class="nav-bar"><li class="nav-selected nav-path-selected">
to:
<ul class="nav"><li class="nav-selected nav-path-selected">
