500 error when trying to add new functionality

Hi,

This recently started happening. When I click on "add new functionality" (/index.php/dashboard/install/)
It results in a 500 error.

Any ideas why?

can you check your apache error log?

Care to share in case some others (like me) might have done the same thing? I'm getting the same problem.

I was receiving this error. My site admin determined that there was a misbehaving block files. I had copied an existing block and attempted to modify it but apparently failed miserably. He removed the offending files from the server and I was able to access the "Add Functionality" page as usual.
