Hi
Anyone thinks a website like this site is possible with C5?

I am only looking at the Flyer part of the website.. I would need users to create an account and submit their own a Flyers in the respective category... it also has to have a timeframe and expiry date.. . . .and payment ....

That site has Concrete5 written all over it. Enough that I looked to see if it actually was or not :)
Definitely doable with Concrete5. You may have to develop a custom addon or bolt something onto the e-commerce plugin (or another similar plugin) to get what you're looking for with the file uploads + payment but we've done something similar for a billboard / signage website so I can say with 100% certainty that it's possible.

do you know if each logged on user will get their own file manager access ? I don't want each user seeing other user images ...

You could do something with file sets so that when a user adds an image they get added to their own file set which is only viewable by themselves and admins.
