a simple block to add script to header

This is just a simple add to header block. you can choose a c5 file(though, if you want to be able to add .js files you need to add that file type to your file manager settings), or you can just add the typed script.

Nice, do you also have a version for 5.4.1.1?

Hey Chad, I'd really like to use this block. Could you please summarize how to install it? Doesn't work like a normal package as far as I can tell. Would be much appreciated, if you have a few moments.

Cheers!

It's a block, not a package, so unzip it and drop it into your site's top-level "blocks" directory. Then install it from Dashboard -> Add Functionality.

Then you need to tell the system to allow uploading of js files, so go to Dashboard -> File Manager -> Access, and in the "Allowed File Types" box, add a comma and then js, like this:
,js

...so the whole text box should look something like this:
flv, jpg, gif, jpeg, ico, docx, xla, png, psd, swf, doc, txt, xls, csv, pdf, tiff, rtf, m4a, mov, wmv, mpeg, mpg, wav, avi, mp4, mp3, qt, ppt, kml, xml, js
