Add a different change to shared block

I've used Shared Scrapbook for Navigation. I would like to have a link highlighted to show which pages users are browsing like this C5 official site.
But as long as I share the block, it does not
seems that I'm able to add a different change to each share block.
If there is a solution, please let me know.
