add a page and edit page without toolbar or dashboard

Hi
I am building a real estate site and want registered agents (user) to be able to list properties (add pages) from within the site without seeing toolbar or dashboard.
I am aware of the advanced permission settings needed to give this specific group of users the permissions needed to add a page and edit that page, I am just not aware of how to do this within the site.
Can someone point me in the right direction? I searched the forum and could not find anything that did not use toolbar or dashboard.
I am using Tony's Real Estate Plugin which is awesome!
Thanks a million

I think I have to create a single page with a form to add a new page with the correct pagetype... How would I go about it? Is there a step by step somewhere that explains that?

Yes you can do this and I have done it for my company, I learnt to do this by buying the Concrete5 Beginners Guide, Google it, you will find it, as there is only one book out there...
