"Add Layout" function issues

Hi everyone. Since yesterday i can't add any layout to any empty/new or existing page. As soon as i hit the "add layout" in any area or column the window for creating this layout doesn't appear.

Do anyone know how to fix ?

Is there a javascript error on your page? That would cause this issue.
