Add-on issue... sort of.

Hi all
My Dojo Page Filter has been warmly accepted but a lot of the community but every so often a wee problem arises.
The add-on contains Javascript (obviously) which is in a folder called 'JS'. Every now and then C5 seems to add these to the head in any order it sees fit, which can screw with the add-on in IE 7 & 8. It seems they have to be loaded in a specific order to work with these browsers.
Is there any way of telling C5 to place them in the head in a specific order?
