Add-on support

I've just noticed the addon support link seems to have been removed from addon pages. This used to be available if you had bought an addon. I realise there have been policy changes so that support requests can only be created during an initial 30 day window, but those previously answered support requests were very useful without ever needing to post a new request.

Is there any way to see previous support tickets for addons, beyond the 30 day period?

The support is still there. Concrete has re-worked this aspect of the marketplace and consolidated both the help forums and tickets into one "Get Help" area for each marketplace item.

Simply go to the marketplace page for whatever theme or addon, and there should be a "Get Help" button on the right sidebar. Click that, and you'll be able to see all the help forums and tickets associated with that item.
