Add-ons not functioning & cannot uninstall packages. Help Please!!

This is my first real endeavor with Concrete5 and was an extremely smooth one... until this all happened.
Last night I finished uphttp://www.collectionstopper.com and everything looked & functioned perfectly. This morning I noticed that my breadcrumbs add-on ( breadcrumbs 2.0 ) stopped functioning properly, it was displaying a default place holder instead of using the custom block that I had installed. Another Add-On ( simple blog ) also stopped functioning and left a blank space where there once was a blog feed. Like the breadcrumbs, the custom blocks have disappeared.
When I logged into the dashboard I received a message stating that the base-url of my project did not match the base-url of where the add-ons were installed and that I needed to reconnect my website to a project page. After doing so, the add-ons still did not function and the custom blocks are no where to be found. Thought I would try to reinstall the add-ons so I released both of them through the project page, and when trying to uninstall from "extend concrete5" under the dashboard I received the following error message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function deleteBlock() on a non-object in /home/collecti/public_html/concrete/models/block_types.php on line 691
Now I have a broken website after what was supposed to be the initial client turnover and I cannot figure out how to remedy the problem. Can anyone help point me in the right direction??
