Add to Main has gone ?

Not sure what I have done here, but with any page type I seem to have lost 'Add to Main' so cannot add any blocks..

I still have Add to Header and Footer but not main.. driving me crazy :)

nothing i can do myself ? like maybe upload all the 'page templates' again or anything?
