Hi can anyone out there help me? Kinos import thing doesn't quite do what i need...

Would it be possible to know which areas of the database i have to add user details into so i don't miss any and i'll do it in PHPmyAdmin import.

So far i've found:

Users & UserGroups

Also i'm using the discussion forums, i've added all the old pots using the Admin id, is there a way once i've imported the new users to change the user id associated with each post?
