When I add a page through the dashboard sitemap I see all three page types that I have. But when I click on Add Page from the tool bar on the site, only the first two show up. Any Ideas on what's wrong?
you probably need to grant the right permissions for subpages.. use the drop down on the permissions tab and look for sub page permissions
Where's the permissions tab? I don't see it.
It's not the permissions. I set them.
Here's what I've figured out so far. If I add a page type that comes alphabetically after right_sidebar (for example x-page), then right_sidebar will show up. Apparently it's not showing the last page type in the Add Page Menu.
When I switch to the default them, all page type are available.

I had a similar issue and always advised my client to add a page from the dashboard.
Have you used Firebug to see if there are any conflicting styles on your stylesheet overriding those of C5?
