addHeaderItem output all script in the header ??

I just come from the source of any of my theme demo and see that ALL script is printed in the begining of the page by the <?php Loader::element('header_required'); ?>
I've always see that this line print all link to each css and js but now all these files are printed INTO the header ! I really don't understand !
Here a example : supermint.myconcretelab.com (look at the page source)

It seems that this appear when i'm connected on wifi with my phone. Perhaps the server change all links to css and js into a source for loading facilities.. ?
