Addin custom subpage to custom template

Hi
I've created a concrete 5.7 custom template web and everything works great. I just can't do one thing.
After adding new page to my page it creates the addres like this:http://mywebside.com/index.php/newpage...
I want it to look different than home page. Is it possible to edit it manually from server? What is the exact address for it on server?
If i can not edit the code manually how to add custom subpage to my webside manually?
