I don't understand what your problem is, could you please rephrase and be a bit more clear? Thanks!
Sorry, I find it hard to explain.
I create a submenu and that will not appear when I log off. But when I'm administrator I will see the submenuitem.

Sounds like it might just be a caching issue. Try going to 'Dashboard->System and Settings->Cache and Speed Settings' and turn off all the caching while you are editing your site. Make sure you clear the C5 cache and your browser cache and hit CTRL-F5 to force a complete reload of the page.
No that doesn't solve my problem.
What works for me
* create a new subpage
* save this
* clear the cache
* sign out (<- and i want to avoid this step)
* login back again
* change the autorisation (oncheck the guestbox, because only a specific group may see these pages)
I see the submenu item when i'm administrator, but not if i log out.

A couple of more things to check...
What do you see if you log in as a member of the group that is allowed to see the pages?
Also, the AutoNav has a setting called "Display pages to users even when those users can't access those pages" - see attached screenshot.
If you want unauthorized users to see the links to those pages then put a check in the box.
Just some ideas.

Thank you! That solved my problem!
Good to hear!
The permissions is full of double and triple negatives like: "I don't want this group to not have access but not before Thursday."
