Adding a sidebar navigation to Stylish retro

Would like to add a sidebar navigation that is not the same as the navigation tabs on top. For example on top I have Home, About, Blog. and Search. I would like to have a side-bar navigation that would have like Home, galleries, links and go to those pages without adding to the tabs on top. How would I do this?
