Adding a Spreadsheet to a website???

Hi all. You guys are always so helpful so I have a new (probably dumb) question for the experts. I have a photography website I have a schedule a session page and want to list available times on the page.http://www.lorisudlerphotography.com/index.php/family-photography/s... as you can see I am currently doing it in excel taking a screen shot and putting it up as an image. It looks bad and is time consuming is there a better way?

your other option is to upload your excel sheet to something like google.docs or Scribd and then use the embed code.
