Adding an additional set through Form block

Hi,
Using the Form block for uploading files but need to add files to more than one set. Is there are a code line that can be added to include a specific set. I assume that I could use a template to make the change as not all the blocks require the additional set. I don't want people to see the file manager.
Any help much appreciated.
