I would like to know the same thing. The tutorial video doesn't mention anything about it and it use to be a normal function to be able to make an existing block a global block so it seems strange that they would remove such a useful function like that?

Anyone else noticed that since the newest version came out there seems to be a lack of answers on the forums? I have seen many unanswered questions that aren't answered anywhere on the site. I use to love the support on the forums but I feel like I am shopping at a big box store lately and can't find any help...

This is definatly something that would be of great help. At the moment I'm having to re-do block items just so I can turn them into a stack to hard code them into a template.

Any word on this? I'm wondering the same thing. I've been using the old scrapbook feature to create a form on every page, but things aren't working right. I think stacks is what I need, but I don't want to recreate the form.
