Adding new pages, but the links won't work

I'm adding new pages, can see and edit them through sitemap, and the links get added to the nav bar. However, when I click on the links, I get a 404 error.

I can see my site just fine athttp://www.twistedvinestudio.com,... but when I try to go to the about page at twistedvinestudio.com/about, it's not working. Any ideas what's going on?

Could be server issue.
