Adding the same block to multiple pages

Hi,
I've been using C5 for a little over a month now, and have to say I am in love! Great CMS!
That being said, I'm having a problem with blocks. I've searched the forums, but didn't find the solution to my problem.
I started with a simple theme that only had a couple of block areas on the default pages, and built everything around that. Then I added a new theme that had a footer block area that I wanted to take advantage of.
Since my original theme didn't have those block areas defined in the default pages, I didn't put any blocks in them when I created my pages.
Now I want to add the same block in that footer block area on all the pages that I have on my site that are already existing. Is there a quick and easy way to do that, instead of editing each page and pasting my block from my global scrapbook?
I've already done this for one of the blocks I want, as I needed to get the site updated, but if there's a way of doing this quickly for future reference, I'd really like to know what it is.
Also, I've already updated the default pages to include the block in the footer that I want, so newly created pages already contain it, I just want a solution for pages that existed before the addition of the theme with additional block areas.
Thanks!

Are you kidding me?!
AWESOME. I did not see that option when I was digging around editing my default pages.
Now, does it work the same way if I want to remove something from many pages?
