Adding non C5 Page to the site

Guys,
I am sorry if this is a stupid question, but please bare with me.
if i want to have one of the header menu links to point to some other php page on my site, how would go about it?

If my menu has events submenu, i want to bring the user to the page events.php that sits outside of C5

if you mess around in the sitemap in dashboard you should be able to pull this off
