Adding superfish menus!!!

I understand this has been discussed on a number of occasions..... I am a total newbie to concrete and am really finding my feet quite quickly.... I would however like to use the superfish menu.... Can anyone advise how this can be done and what files etc one needs to change etc.... Any help would be very greatfully received.
