Admin permission on page permissions?

Hi folks

I'm using advanced permissions. When I add a new user group I can tick Read, Versions, Write, Approve etc - what exactly does the "Admin" option do?

That's a good question. I was under the impression that it controlled whether you could edit the permissions themselves. If the admin checkbox isn't ticked, that user can't change the permissions for the page.

I'd be interested to know a more definitive answer. If you find out, please reply!
