I wonder if anyone could please help?

A couple of years ago I builthttp://matthewbrabham.com/ on Concrete5 version 5.6.2.1 I think. First I had it on another domain and server as test site, then I moved it over to the live domain and server, but using the same database. All as fine until the other day and now all I get is a white screen coming up with an HTTP ERROR 500.

There is nothing wrong with the web server or database to my knowledge, and the only thing that has changed is that I deleted the files from the test server last week. Not sure why this would matter though.

Would anyone have an idea of how to fix this please? As my PHP is not really up to it!
