Advanced Form: Error message and file upload

Hi!

I need some help regarding 2 problems with the Advanced Form:

We use the Advanced Form for our customers to change their data.

1)
Filling in each field, the entered data are saved correctly.
Despite the customer gets the error message "Error sending form. Please contact the administrator of the page".
Why does this happen?

2)
If not all required fields are filled in, the customer gets a hint about it ("Please fill in all required...") but the selected attatchment (PDF) is already uploaded to the file manager.
Is it possible to upload it only when the form is filled in correctly?

We recently updated Concrete5 to version 5.6.2.1 (Maybe it depends, maybe not, just wanted to mention it.)

Do you mean you are using the block Advanced Forms, if yes then you would be best to raise a support ticket directly with the developer.http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/advanced-forms/... on the right hand side of the page.
