Aliased Pages not showing in AutoNav

Does anyone have an issue with Aliased pages not showing up in the AutoNav block Pre 5.3.2?
In 5.3.2, I created an aliased page of the Contact Us page under Examples in the stock install, and it showed up everywhere on that site that used the AutoNav.
When I do that prior to 5.3.2 I do not see them listed.
Any help is appreciated as we have two large sites that made a lot of use of aliased pages.

that was a bug, it has been fixed.
Is there a way we can patch these two websites we are working on with out doing an upgrade at this time?
the bug fix was in the Page and Collection classes (in /concrete/models). You could try just replacing these files, but it's possible that it could introduce other bugs too... or you could run a diff between the versions of these files. Probably best just to upgrade though (after a backup).
