All blocks disappeared

I have no idea what just happened. I coppied one of my blocks to clipboard, then I oppened sidebar to insert it, but blocks are not there anymore. There's nothing in HTML inside .ccm-panel-content.ccm-panel-content-visible block. Maybe I can send site with database to developers so they could catch this bug?
С5 version is 8.4.4. There's no errors in JS console. I tried to clear cache - didn't helped. CMS is just broke for no reason.

I think I understand when this happens. I logged out, then logged in again, oppened blocks - blocks are there. But then I opened clipboard and blocks disappeared again. There's something wrong in my clipboard. How do I clear it?
