All of my content won't show up! HELP!!

I was working within a theme and I reloaded it and everything disappeared. (i am not sure what I did before- in the panic of losing everything I have forgotten).

I was customizing the php and the style sheet, and all of the sudden it went entirely blank.

I can get to my dashboard, and my sitemap has all of the pages and the files are still there.

i can apply other themes, but they don't show any content either. it tried re-installing the theme, but that did nothing either.

if you look at the view source of the page you might get a clue to where you broke it.

I see it stops immediately after:

As a last resort, I would like to reinstall concrete, but i would like to retain content and pages that I have already created, even if I have to start over with the styling.

I have made a back up of the entire concrete folder from ftp. What folders are key for my content?
