Allow a certain usergroup to add subpages on one main page?

Hi,
This may be a nooby question... but iv spent the past hour looking for a way to do this, so here goes:
Im looking for a way to make a certain usergroup able to add & edit only their own page (the added page would be a child of one of my pages).
Is there a way to do that?
