Allow site viewers to upload files

How could I allow site users, without logging in, to upload files (of a specific type and size) into a set in documents and images in concrete5? Really don't know where to start even. Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

No log-in at all looks like a call for unending spam :(
I've been looking at the Itrio User block add-on http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/itrio-user-folders/...
in the marketplace. It could be a good head start on what you're trying to do.
