An Add-on that will allow website visitors to update a table of information

We are looking for an add-on that will
1. allow creation of a database table (rows with event, date, and a blank space).
2. allow website visitors to enter their names into the blank space for the event they select.
If this is possible, we will add login features so only authorized visitors can update the table.
Is this 'table update' possible with any Concrete 5 add-ons?
