Followed this tutorial

Got my single page, but according to the tutorial to add subpages all I have to do is this:

Adding a subpage is as easy as creating another another page at the same level as the new page. Simply copying the view.php we created a few moments ago, then renaming it to subpage.php nets this result:

I did this (make a copy of the file and renamed it). It did not work. Then I tried creating a sub directory and sticking the subpage in there and name it view.php. this did not work either. I went to the single page manager, and tried refreshing it. It did not work.

Anyone know where I am going wrong?

I am currently running 5.5.2.1.

Ok, I am embarrassed. I figured it out. I had fixed it by using the new sub directory and adding a new single page.
