any advice for end user easy to add profiles?

So we're working on a clients site. Once again, they are not tech savvy at all.
When you click on the staff page a sub menu appears on the left with a list of staff members. If you click on a staff member, their info is displayed on the right.
Is there an easy way or add on where its really easy for the client to add new staff members and enter their profile text and an image so its easy to use?

And oh yeah, assuming the staff members were entered into the system as users, you can allow the users themselves to update/edit their own info. Thus, one option is for an admin to enter the users (which requires just an email, user name and password), and have the users themselves flesh out the details of their own profiles.
