Any idea how to do this?

Hi,

I would like to + 1 to a number once a day. That's it.

I was thinking I could create a block and put it on a page. Add coding or a macro to do this, but I can not find a solution??

So the number would be say 10. Tomorrow it would automatically update to 11. Next day 12.

Sounds simple enough...or so I thought!! Thanks in advance for any help!

Down load the designer content addon, and us it to generate a block that includes a date picker field and a text field for your number.

Edit the view.php to compute the difference in days between the date field and today, add it to your number and display it.

Drop the block into your page(s).

OMG, are you kidding me?? I could have used this for something else and it would've saved me TONS OF TIME!! I'm so glad I asked my question.

I'm going to look into your solution for this particular problem and I'll let you know how it works out.

Yes, good point!

I never saw this add-on. Odd because I browse the add-on's frequently.
