Any way to send an email to all registered site users?

I am looking at using c5 for a site with members-only pages and there is one feature I will need that I'm not sure how to do. There will be a need to allow the admin to send an email to all registered site members. Does this exist? If not, is there a way to extend the dashboard to add a new feature? Would I do this with a single page?

I'd suggest to create a new package to keep everything in one directory. But yes, after that you create a single_page (for the layout) and a controller (for the logic)

that would be a news letter functionality

search it on the forums the crew said they were making one but nothing yet
