Anyone familiar with the Advanced Forms addon?

Hi There,

I posted to the add-on's support area a few weeks ago but haven't heard anyting so thought I'd post here.

Does anyone know how to control the markup for form fields generated by this add-on - the text fields need:
type="text"


Added to them - then they'll magically grab all the Bootstrap styling. We can't see any way to control the markup when using a custom template.

Before we go ahead and duplicate the Bootstrap form styles and apply them to the Advanced Forms classes using !important, just thought someone here might know how to alter the output.

What if you wrap it in 
<div class="ccm-ui">
    {...your view code...}
</div>

I don't know that add-on but you will most likely find the function(s) generating the form fields in the controller.php.
