app issues

Hi can anyone maybe point me in the right direction, I recently got a developer of the freelancer website to build me an app for a friend trying to make a go at being involved in app development as I had good success with WordPress websites, the app was working fine on my android mobile but I went into siteground and forced HTTPS because it was saying the admin page was insecure, as soon as I forced it the webpage for admin went all crazy so I unforced HTTPS and the webpage went back to normal. The webpage has numerous pages attached to options on the admin's panel. but when I click the user option the page goes all messed up it says that one page has HTTPS enabled even after I unforced it on site tools. an now the app does not show location for the app on google maps for the user or driver app? i cannot contact the developer because after he finished he started to demand a 300 bonus and now he won't answer....I have changed all passwords but I think I may have messed something up when messing on site grounds tools forcing HTTPS. can anyone help I can pay or direct me to the right place I am at a loss? cheers for any response you may be able to offer.

I think there's something in the concrete5 admin panel for this. I found it necessary to set a canonical URL to get https working reliably.
